The podcast is pre-recorded, so no pressure! If you need to pause, rephrase, or redo anything, that’s totally fine—it’ll all be cleaned up in post-production.

For the best possible experience during recording, please follow these best practices:

• Use a computer with the latest version of Chrome

• Check your internet connection (Ethernet is better than WiFi)

• Use an external microphone, if available

• Wear headphones or earbuds to improve audio quality and prevent echo

• Close all unnecessary programs to avoid tech hiccups or audio glitches

• Plan for a 20–30 minute session
